My watercolours and I need a heart-to-heart so I remember how to use them without them looking… rubbish. I’m going to stare at the Eric Ravilious books I still have out from the library and try to absorb his brilliance.

Not quite proper thumbnails— somewhere between thumbs and roughs, and I could do with speeding them up. : )  But what I’m working on at the moment. The Dog Under the Skin from Oliver Sacks’s The Man Who Mistook his Wife for a Hat. A medical student who takes amphetamines has a dream he’s a dog. For three weeks after he wakes up, he has a heightened sense of smell.
